Our processing and shipping time is detailed in the product's description's. Please be aware that due to a high volume of orders, the processing time may exceed the initially estimated duration.
Nevertheless, the processing time typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the number of orders received on a given day. As a result, some customers may receive their items faster than others, while others may experience a slightly longer processing time. Pre-orders typically range from 2 to 4 weeks.
Customers are emailed a tracking number when the order ships. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by Tomorrow Never Dies. All orders are handled by the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.
International Orders: The timeline depends on your country's processing, customs, and delivery protocols. We ship international orders via DHL or USPS depending on the customers choice at checkout.
We are not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to your location. The buyer commits too full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
